Angry Final

Last night we finished our series on Anger. The lesson challenged us to stand up for and to actually get angry about the things that we see Jesus got angry about in scripture.

Here is a new trivia game where the first student that answers the questions and comments on this post will get a gift next Wednesday Night.

Angry Week 1

The service last night was great. The band really gave their all to God.

We started a new series called "Angry". It is a series that presents anger as a good thing if we direct it toward something that is eternal and part of "The Big Picture". Our passage last night came from Mark 3:1-6. There are many times that we stress over things that are temporary and really things that don't matter and we need to concentrate on the things that Jesus got mad about.



Here's the bottom Line: Everyone gets angry, but not everyone gets angry about things that matter.

School's Out Cookout

This Wednesday is the school's out cookout. Every year we celebrate school being out for summer break. We will have hamburgers, hotdogs, and many games. Come Wednesday Night to just hang out and have a good time.
