I Need to Post

Wow it has been way to long since I have posted anything. We have had many things happen since my last post. We completely we through a series called "Can you Hear Me". It was talking about prayer. We also had a great 8th grade road trip. Now we are currently in a series called "Pause".

The first Night we well. We had a great crowd and the band really rocked it out. This series is designed to teach us how to take a pause in this crazy world and regroup or refresh so that we will be ready for what may come our way.

We have a crazy schedule coming up so here are some of the things that you need to be aware of. No Small Groups this Sunday or Sunday of Memorial Day. June 3rd is the Schools Out Cookout. July 6th - 10th is the Summer Camp Youth Alive at Liberty University.

You're right about not posting for a while! I was starting to get upset (although my older bro said that I shouldn't be, because Josh hasn't posted since LAST YEAR... lol) I have to say that I really like this series so far! That 10 minute session was VERY relaxing. Keep up the good work!

P.S. The student band IS playing again on the 27, right?

Hey Jim! Just wondering-- but are we still having the Student Night on the 27th (tomorrow)? I really need to know if I need to come early, because otherwise, I probably won't show. Please call me at the earliest opportune moment. We will answer our phone, even though we will be doing school.

Hey Mikaila, Thanks for contacting me. I have postponed the student band due to Memorial Day and the last week of school. It wasn't the best planning on my part.

I kind of figured that... ;D

Two questions: When has the Student Band Night been postponed to, and is it OK if I invite someone to the Schools Out Cookout?

I am not sure about the student band yet. I know I am running behind on that and yes you can bring someone to the cookout.
